About Matt:
Matt Moore is the owner and founder of Home Loan Finance Ltd, a mortgage advisory business based in Mount Maunganui.
With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Matt has developed extensive knowledge across residential, commercial, development and business finance. His strong background in credit assessment allows him to guide clients through a wide range of lending scenarios and help find solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.
As a Financial Adviser, Matt is passionate about helping clients navigate the home loan process with clear communication, honest advice, and personalised support from start to finish. Be it a first home buyer or seasoned investor.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He enjoys the outdoors especially out on the boat.
At Home Loan Finance Ltd, the focus is on building long-term relationships and achieving the best possible outcomes for every client. While the business is proudly based in Mount Maunganui and Tauranga, the team assists clients throughout New Zealand as well as those based overseas with their home loan and finance needs.

About Dan:
After a 12-year professional rugby career, Dan has recently stepped into the mortgage advising industry, bringing with him strong discipline, communication, and relationship-building skills that help clients navigate the home loan process with confidence.
Alongside his industry qualifications, Dan also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management. He is passionate about helping people achieve their property goals through clear guidance and personalised support.
Dan enjoys living in the sunny Bay of Plenty with his wife, Ruby, daughter, and their Jack Russell, Gus, making the most of everything the region has to offer – on the water, staying active, and spending time with family.
Working alongside Matt at Home Loan Finance, Dan is committed to making the lending process simple, approachable, and tailored to each client’s situation.
